About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for the timely, safe and efficient delivery of all products from our portfolio to both on premise and off premise accounts. You will be an expert on all of our products and uphold the level of customer service our distribution company requires. This is a non-exempt position. Wage Range $18-19/hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver beer safely and accurately to numerous accounts using delivery trucks and hand trucks
- Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing accounts
- Communicate any out-of-stock issues to the sales department
- Accurately build loads for delivery routes
- Remove any left-over product and trash from delivery trucks at the end of the day
- Report problems with beer or draft equipment to the Sales Manager or Director of Operations at Ska Brewing
- Partner with the Maintenance Mafia to fix any issues with company’s vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- Assist the Warehouse Guru in keeping the Chilly warehouse clean and organized
- Accurately adjust customer invoices when needed
- Weekly/daily rotation of shelf/backroom stock in accounts
- Assist with building displays and place point of sale items in accounts when needed
- Remove and report any out of date product
- Perform daily vehicle inspections prior to routes
- Be a positive representative of the company at all times
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must be over 21 years of age and possess basic math skills
- Knowledge of beer industry and draft systems desired
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and with minimal supervision
- Repetitive lifting of up to 165 lbs., bending, pulling and pushing.
- Able to twist, turn, crouch, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday
- Must have a clean driving record
- Excellent understanding and appreciation of customer service
- Must communicate well, work well with others and have a positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have great communication and organization skills

Wage Range- $16-$19 per hour DOE
In this position, you are required to perform a professional level of cooking, knife and prep skills. This position both preps and works the station during service periods. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential. Must be a team player with professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of food preparation and a la carte cooking
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices and policies
- Demonstrates proper cooking techniques and execution
- Ensure food is consistently made to standards set
- Follow proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expense
- Help with snow removal as needed
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Previous prep or line cook experience preferred of at least 1 year.

About The Job
In this position, you will be an enthusiastic, beer and food knowing, customer service-oriented person in our Front of House team. A passion for craft beer and food, and providing a great time to folks visiting the brewery is a must.
This is a non-exempt position. Wage- $12+ tips
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service while pouring our handcrafted pints, taking food orders, or providing support for other front of house positions
- Greeting and seating guests, making them feel comfortable and welcomed
- Educating patrons about Ska beer and the differences between styles as well as the history and culture around Ska and craft beer in general. Suggest food and beer pairings. Be able to confidently discuss our beer and food menus
- Expo and running food, ensuring guest needs are met
- Consistent stocking of kegs, merchandise and packaged product
- Maintaining comfort & cleanliness throughout the tasting room and restrooms
- Daily heavy lifting of 50lbs+
- Learn and operate POS System
- Cash handling and credit card transactions
- Giving Tours of the Brewery to our guests
- Balancing of register and checkout at the end of the shift
- Help with snow removal as needed
Position Requirements

About the Job
Wage Range $16.00-18.00/hour
In this position, you will be responsible for keeping each of our distinct craft brews flowing into cans, bottles and kegs while taking care of our world-famous barley pop. This is a fast-paced, repetitive, physically demanding position that will require availability during a variety of shifts and occasional extended hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate all bottling, canning and kegging machines
- Build boxes for cans, mixed cases, and storage
- Safely hand dip 22-ounce bottles in hot wax
- Loading/unloading of bottling components on the filling line
- Building, unloading, and moving pallets of kegs, cans and bottles of finished product
- Routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Compliance with CIP standards
- Light fork-lift work
- Wrap pallets
- Assist with warehouse operations as necessary such as cleaning, organizing, etc.
- Non-Routine Responsibilities
- Assist cellar in daily operations
- Assist brew house in daily operations
- Assist lab in daily operations
- Assist Warehouse in daily operations
- Helping with snow removal as needed
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Has a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency
- Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds, and maneuver 165 lb. kegs, repeatedly
- Must be comfortable working on their feet, reaching over shoulders, twisting, turning, and squatting for over eight hours at a time
- Works safely with chemicals of varying composition
- Has the ability to follow directions and multi-task; can shift gears quickly to new tasks
- Works independently as well as in a team environment
- Has strong mechanical ability with problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Is able to work all shifts, additional hours and weekends as necessary
- Has reliable transportation and is able to consistently arrive at work on time

and is the four corners region’s largest and most award-winning brewery.
Our tasting room features flagships, seasonal and unique beers only a few ever get to try. It’s a modern-day tasting room experience with a casual dining atmosphere.
Additionally, we are a manufacturing facility. We brew beer – a lot of it; and we put it in cans and bottles for sale around the globe.
